Drive mode error after sync 3 upgrade

Did sync 3 upgrades and forscan programming and noticed this drive mode error after toggling the switches. Anyone seen this before? Can is tuned by Lund with an edlebrock blower

I've gotten that message several times. I'm trying to remember the circumstances when it shows up. I think it might be when trying to change drive modes while in reverse.
I'm pretty sure I get it when my SmartTop module tries to set the drive mode while I'm backing out of the garage.

Def when in reverse. If driving forward and it pops up, something else is going on. Possibly forscan setting or tune related.
