Help, Start/stop button or AC not working after sync 3 upgrade

I recently upgraded Sync 3 in my 18 base Mustang. If I use the original connector then Start/stop button works, but the AC does not work. If I use adapter connector then AC works, but Start/Stop button does not work.

UPDATE - Start stop button and AC button Worked with the original plug. Idk how but it started working. I collected all the things separately. APIM and screen of a lincoln continental ($130 cad), Radio bezel from ebay ($120 cad), and everything with All the wiring harness ended up totaling 390 cad for me. easy upgrade from the ugly 4" screen. I still have to forscan update the theme but other than that it works great
