Hatch chilies...I need them in everyday life. I've got a ristra that I pull chilies off of to make sauce. It's getting low...I should move.

love it…finally made it to the trail last year but it was still ‘Rona season so most of them were either closed or at minimum capacity.

still managed to get a few cool bottles; Blantons, Colonel Taylor’s and an Eagle Rare

Beer! Love it. Porters are my favorite, but I’m always mixing it up with different styles. Although the free kind is always the best.
Don’t care for liquor, but I do love some good moonshine.

Love Blanton's and Eagle Rare. Really wanted to go to Buffalo Trace which makes those two plus Pappy's but predictably it's booked solid. Managed to get tour reservations at Angel's Envy, Maker's Mark, Bulleit and Woodford.
