I just want to know how much of a difference there is in the CD when the grill shutters are open vs when they're shut.

I remember the days when Manufacturers touted C/D Numbers like Horsepower Numbers. The lower the better. I'm going to guess that the 2015's Drag Coefficient is somewhere around 0.32 to 0.34 considering all of the Aero Tricks they've Employed. I'll be willing to bet the Eco-Boost will have the lowest C/D With it's more pronounced Front Air Dam and Active Grill Shutters. I think the GT/PP Will actually have a Higher C/D Number due to it's Wider Tires, More Agressive Front Splitter, and Lack of Underbody Air Dam.
For sure. My old 2002 Mercedes CL500 had one of the lowest in the business. .28 As slopey as the 2019 hood is I am thinking it's near that ballpark.

So far I am only hearing percentages. Percentages of what?

You will likely never get that number. Ford seems to not want to release drag coefficients. Or wind tunnel results.

For anyone wondering.the very best I could come up with Drag coefficient for 15-17 s550 is 0.36. Frontal area 23.60ft2.
