Just when you thought you had everything figured out, ready to pull the trigger, you find a variable that just completely kills your plans and makes you resort to the next best thing.

That just happened to me. After seeing how much insurance was gonna rape me in California when i move, I cannot get a GT. EcoBoost it is.

That is the exact reason that I cant get a GT. But regardless of the engine they are all badass.

I hope that's every 6months to a year... if that is monthly WTH, find a new insurance company.

if that is per 6months and your complaining about a $190 payment a GT should of never been thought about IMO.

Its every 6 months. To me, $190 per month is absolutely absurd. Idk about you, but i operate on a very tight budget and everything has to be able to work on a month to month basis or else i won't make it happen.

Just spoke to my insurance agent yesterday and mine is going down in price with the Mustang GT with PP. I'm driving a 2002 Hyundai SUV right now. Don't judge...sold my nice car too early and had to buy this while waiting for my GT.

If you're on that tight of a budget, you shouldn't be buying a GT in the first place.

And $190 a month for insurance isn't absurd. When I first got my license, in my early 20's, with no accidents and no tickets on my record and no collision coverage I was paying over $300 a month. It all depends on where you live.

It could definitely be worse! The EcoBoost is a ton of fun and there's literally gobs of potential in there to make it a very formidable sleeper on the streets! Let me know if there's anything I can help out with on your modding quest and best of luck!

I try and work on a tight budget too. Back in college when i was 20 I was paying $350 a month for my V6. Now that I graduated, at 23, I'm paying $210 per month for my GT. Actually....its not that absurd at all. That price is quite common.
