Any time I don't see a physical photo of the item with a piece of paper showing the forum members name and date, I am sceptical.

No photo .... No money.

Buying used is risky anyway. Out of 3 purchases I've made of used wheels on the internet, only one of the sellers did NOT lie about the condition of the item. Of course, those 2 sellers disappeared right after the sale, and wouldn't return repeated attempts at contact. Anyone that does this is a complete douchebag and apparently they are numerous. For me, buying new is much less hassle and less money in the long run. You can return a new bought item if something is wrong or damaged. People will sell you broken/dangerous items and think nothing of it. Be glad you still have that money in your pocket.
