Are you asking if the full screen and SYNC from Ford has Navigation? Yes, with certain option packages since 2015.

Will it support streaming from CarPlay or Android, yes after 2016.

SYNC also supports Bluetooth streaming.

Does Ford have apps available on the SYNC unit? Yes and Wazee is one of them if needing Navigation/maps/directions IF the SYNC unit did not have As Built Navigation from the factory.

OR are you asking about the 2018+ digital speedometer cluster?

If you mean seeing the navigation instructions on the digital dash, then the answer is yes.

My wife bought a 2021 Audi Q3 this past August. Her car has that feature. I told her to not get one without it. It is flipping awesome.

Would be nice to have, but driving Mustang in USA is not quite like driving spaghetti roads in Europe where you gotta have it right on the dash in front of your eye balls. SYNC3 user interface could use some improvement.

Even though my GT has NAV, I use Garmin Smartdrive GPS because it gives me (1) audio warning when speed limit changes, (2) audio warning of speed or red light camera.
