Does anyone else wake up every single day with a strong desire to drive your car?

I had that desire until I got whacked pretty good on my hood by some road debris. Funny how a dent or ding can knock the wind out of your sails and take the newness away. But I have my new hood now, so it's back!!

Every single day lol. I've had my 15 for a few months now, but it was the same with my 14 after 19 months of owning it. I get ready for work looking forward to a cold start in the garage and praying for open highways on my ride in and spend all day looking forward to the cold start that I know comes at 5:00 in the parking structure lol....I've got issues

Not a day goes by that I wake up and want to drive my car... and I've had my '15 for 1 month shy of a year now.
Which is why I start my morning out driving it to the gym, then 25 miles to work, then maybe on my lunch break, then 25 miles back home after work, then if the wife want's to go to the store, 95% of the time, I volunteer to go in my car.
It's been a glorious cycle so far :D

It's my stress reliever, it starts my day with a smile, and motivates me to go to work, haha

Grave Digger... Been taking son to 4 week summer camp daily. Morning drive in the somewhat cooler air has been fun in the stang. Lol.

Every single day since I've gotten my car, I wake up and the first thing I want to do is go for a drive... Does anyone else get this? How long does this feeling last lol? I've only had her for 3 weeks now.
I had a 2016 pp manual, and now my 2019. Both put a smile on my face every time I drove it, and I can’t wait to get up and get in the car and go to work every day. My 2019 is 10 months old and I still enjoy it just as much as I did the day I got it. Compare to the 2016, the 2019 just has sick power and is even way more fun with the automatic.

Yep - I find reasons just to go drive, but the caveat is I hate putting miles on it. lol.

I fear driving my car most of the time around here, literally had nightmares of getting rear ended during your stage of ownership. This is why she sits at home most of the time and I stick to driving the truck, repelled two nissans already:

Pffft......

This is why I get to work at a little after 6AM, and leave by 3:30PM.

Which is why I sometimes get up at 5AM on a Sunday and go out to Sky Line Drive;

I drive mine once a week to work and some on the weekends. It never gets old and I've had it 4 years. I'd drive the Mustang every day but don't want to put 100k miles on it in short order. I think that is why it still feels special to have it in the garage ready to go. Sunday, I was home alone and did nothing but lounge around all day and got a bit bored. I literally took her out for a spin with no place to go. Just explored new roads in the country and came home satiated.

I wouldn't say every day but pretty close to everyday. I almost want to drive to the DMV to get my drivers license fixed for a miss spelling, but I am still afraid to wait in that hell hole.
