Poke to me is very different then :)
Legally I'm fairly sure as long as the tread of the tyre is inside the arch its fine, it might even be something like your allowed 15mm of tread outside the arch, its along time since I've done a MOT.

I have 25mm on the front and rear, it gives it a nice wide stance :)

Ta-Da!!!... According to this website article, based on EU law (which is currently integrated into British Law - for a short while longer at least) the tread must be within the boundary of the wheel arch, but the wheel itself may project by up to 30mm (i.e. if you're stretching the tyres the rim/sidewall may protrude but the tread must not)... if I've interpreted this correctly!

I read that the same, as long as the tread is inside the arches, you're ok.

This is his (?) interpretation of the law. It's not a look I like, kind of reminds me of this link

Looking at that 25mm pic, I can't see how suspension travel can be maintained - surely the wheel must be more likely to rub the arch going over a pothole/bump:confused:

I'd go with bmr or steeda instead. And in that order. I would also work spaces and get the wheels of the correct offset what you are looking for

Suspension geometry dictates that the wheel (and tyre) doesn't move straight up (or down) - it moves in an arc.

25mm spacers + Eibach Pro Kit springs will not contact tyre and fender. We've fitted dozens. We've run lower than that with Pedders and 25mm spacers too and also no rubbing.

How the car looks is very much someone's taste - just wanted to point out the fact that 25mm spacers are perfectly legal and safe (TuV approved too).
