Except this has nothing to do with that and is simply the wrong tire size on a wide 20" wheel

TRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

My car looks good on 20s I think....

The 30 ratio is just not enough sidewall for a decent ride and is risky in terms of denting the wheels. I once had Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta in 285/25/20 on my 2006 E55 AMG and the ride was terrible. Big mistake. Wheels were soon dented.

I did not. I just played with a tire size calculator, Google images, and crossed my fingers. FAIL.. Alot of BMW Audi set ups look good with this size. They were probably lower and have a smaller wheel well. I knew I was taking a chance, had to find out the hard way. Luckily the tires are Federals, not MPSS!
My 2014 Klass E 500 coupe' has the 275/30/19 and it's BS, I've changed those fucking tires dozens of times, you just touch a stone on the road and it's done...

On the other side you can't even change tires measures because the car will start shouting evil ''warnings''....

There's a certain blues on red car with this tire size up front, and it looks 1000 times better.
Yes thats my clients DIB we did on a 20x10 & 20x11 275/30 & 305/30 Toyo tires

What are the specs on the wheels you used? and those images you took how soon did you snap those after or before you did the spring install?

20x10 +40. Springs were done in april, 13k on them. Im tossing around the idea of 275/35 fronts and 285/35 rears. I know I could go bigger, but this little 4 banger doesn't need 305s....yet.

A 275/35/20 will do this way you can also rotate the setup all around and save a bit of money as well on rubber.

Hotchkis Y-sport. Got them stupid cheap. Originally $299/each, but tirerack had them listed as a rear fitment only, front were sold out. Clearance for $99/each, and with wholesale through my work, got them for $89 each. Slightly concave, but 32 lbs/each. Not light, but same as the PP wheels.

You could get them powdercoated. Thats what I did with my current set up, they were different colors that I got on closeout from tire rack also. Still would be cheaper than most other options, and then its unique.

I don't like the rim protector look. This is just too extreme. Glad you are going a different direction, OP.

For those HRE FF15's I bought from you I was going to do MPSS

285/30/20 front and 305/30/20 rear

I was hoping for less sidewall. Am I going to hate this setup?
