So we can't disable and remove both? Only the noise cancelling mic?

Pull down the rear headliner and you will see where the mic is plugged in.Where does it unplug ? I would like to see if I notice any difference now I have an aftermarket exhaust
Not without modifying the PCM/ACM.So we can't disable and remove both? Only the noise cancelling mic?
@rear window glass, top dead center behind headliner.Where does it unplug ? I would like to see if I notice any difference now I have an aftermarket exhaust
I'd like to know this as well.It says there's one in the front where the map lights are located. I wonder if we could pull that and unplug the mic in that too?
It might serve two purposes: the active noise reduction and Bluetooth. Disconnect at your own risk ;)Isnt that the Bluetooth mic ?
The front Mic is for voice navigation and Bluetooth. It says there's one in the front where the map lights are located. I wonder if we could pull that and unplug the mic in that too?
chadhtx40, did you unplug just the rear mic?I unplugged mine as I was hearing too much engine noise or flywheel noise after upgrading to xtreme clutch/fly. Sounds fantastic now. I really enjoy being able to have conversations in the car with myself(I'm the only one that listens to me), and even sometimes my wife and kids. Really helped out with the sound quality as other posters have said.
