Hey there, just about to start on a low mount twin turbo kit for my project, similar to a hellion sleeper but is going in my 68 F100 with a gen 3 coyote/ 10sp combo. Im trying to figure out what the best setup for oil scavenging/ return? My plan is to build an accumulation tank that both turbos will drain into and then have that pumped back into the engine.

Trying to figure best place to plumb for oil return line to engine?

What pump is suggested?

Any suggestions for the accumulation tank?

Plan is to v band the stock manifolds to transition into the twin bb Precision 58s that have v band turbine housings and run the waste gates to atmosphere.

Any suggestions to make this a better system are much appreciated. Thanks

Doesn't the F100 have enough space to do a top mount?
You can go Comp to get past the noise electric pump setup.

are those the fenderwells? wow... welp there's plenty of space underneath.
There are several options, buy shorty headers and fab up your wastegate and vband the turbo on the intermediate pipes.

I would run comps here. Less of a hassle to run those.

If you want to run oiled turbos, I would use a dry sump single stage vacuum pump similar to Hellion, you can fab up accumulator tanks how you see fit.

Use an Italian made Marco brand pump. I am running the M164-080. It has helical cut gears and near silent. You cannot hear it with the car running.

You will need to run a one-way check valve on your scavenge pump exit to prevent oil from leaking back into the bottom of the turbos.

You will need to run a one-way check valve in your oil feed (supply) line right before each turbo to prevent oil entering the turbos after the engine is shut off.

Run these check valves and a quality pump and you will not have any issues or require tanks on the bottoms of the turbos.
