Off-topic question. Has anybody removed or adjusted their factory fog lights. My passenger side fog light beam is pointing lower than my driver side but I cant seem to find the adjustment screw to raise/lower them. Its a very tight space going through the wheel well so its very difficult to see. Curious if anybody knows where exactly its located and might have their LED factory fog lights out of the car?

Thanks

Thanks everyone.

So basically US mustangs are LED but the lights can't be swapped out, so they need to buy a whole new housing.

Canadian mustangs are alraedy H11 led but ugly halogen color. So we can just buy H11 bulbs.

Is there a video for fog light installation? Someone said remove the belly pan. What is that...
You are correct about the US vs. Canadian foglights. Not sure why Ford did that - I think it has to do with the foglights being used as running lights in Canada.

Go to the 2:00 mark of the video above. Although he is installing switchbacks here, it is the same area you need to get into to get at the back of the foglight housing. To replace that bulb, you simply grasp the socket and turn it. The foglight has a little clip you need to press down on while pulling the bulb out of the socket. It's pretty simple.

Thanks a million! Any downside to the RGB bulbs? For someone indecisive like me, it seems like an easy decision so I can change the color anytime I want. Are they brighter than my oem fogs as well?

Hey i'm in vancouver as well. What area you in?? You go on revscene by any chance?

Mr diode dynamics guy, or to anyone, how bright is the RGB bulbs compared to OEM? Brighter? Same? I don't see the lumens for the RGB on their site.

Compared to OEM halogen or LED?

The RGB bulbs are not intended for output purposes. They aren't going to produce as much output as your factory halogen bulbs

It's strictly a unique cosmetic upgrade

It's an H11 bulb size, which has just come back in stock. It's not going to fit the OEM LED housings either, you'll need to swap out the housings.

Feel free to give us a call for more information: (314) 205-3033

Thanks!

Just ordered the HP 48. From Diode Is that what you installed??
Yes, that is what I put in. I like the whiter color and they do seem a bit brighter than the halogens but not that much more.

To all - only Canadian cars have regular H11 bulbs and housings. USA cars have LEDs permanently mounted to the housing and H11s will not fit i them. In Canada the fogs are used as DRLs.

so this may be a dumb question, but there isn't a direct replacement bulb for the US market cars that is colored, correct?
