I just installed a set of these, work great. Though I don't like the connector that goes into the oem harness, as it feels like it could come loose. So I ended up putting a bit of electrical tape on it, and zip tying the resistors to hang just below fog light harness in such a way that it wouldn't sway when the vehicle is in motion. Other than that they work great.

Is the install of these things as simple as plugging the resistor into the existing turn signal socket and putting the bulb in the other end of the resistor and putting it where the original socket was housed?

Correct. Couldn't be easier. Unplug the light from the car harness, plus the new resistor into the harness, plug the light into the other end, and screw back in as normal.

The longest part of this install will be popping the fasteners to get to the lights.

Sweet, just need to get some zip ties and I'll be putting these babies in. Love the switchbacks, hate the new blinker sound!!

Same here. The double blink drove me crazy. I know some people could ignore it, but I couldn't at all.

Here is the passenger side, though the same goes fro driver side. You can trace where the oem harness starts at the upper left hand side and ends at the bulb (brown bulb holder), the resistor harness doesn't allow for much flexibility given how close the 2 connections are to each other, so I just bundled the excess cable and resistors and made a "U" shape and zip tied it to the fog light harness to keep the resistors from touching anything. I also added some electrical tape to the connection at the oem harness (not shown), to aid in keeping any moisture out of that connection and to provide a more secure connection. There is no good location that would allow for a hard surface mount given how much plastic is behind the bumper, The only way would be to rewire the resistors and make the leads longer, or fabricate some sort of suitable mount.

Just bought a set of this wiring harness and plug, hopefully it is plug and play and secure tightly! Thanks for the link.

They're plug and play, the bulb holder end holds tightly against the fog light housing, but I added some electrical tape on the oem harness side to ensure the resistor adapter was secured and prevent any excess moisture.
