The first link is compatible with the CB005 as it has the front alignment bushings cut down to fit.

So I have the Steeda support kit, didn't get the alignment bushings.

Should I pick them up before I install? What benefit do they provide?

They help you align the IRS which at the very least helps in future mods but also fills the void of the stock IRS mount bushing providing support. Also, before I installed them, I noticed m driver rear wheel was closer to the fender than the passenger - installed the alignment pins and that was all corrected. Had to get an alignment.
