had the red steeda one's in my 15 and will do the same in my 17. both auto. no noticeable increase in nvh.

however, they only work well in conjunction with supporting the irs subframe.

he has a gt - pretty clearly written in his profile.
PP1? PP2?

There's a reason I'm asking. The 3.73 Torsens whine like hell with diff bushing inserts, it's in the comments at Americanmuscle.com.

Lots of PP1 owners took them out after hearing it.

I have a GT PP with 3.73 rear and I do not have alot of nvh with the inserts but I do have more than stock. Replacing the entire rubber bushing with a solid bushing will make it sound really loud like a nascar!

Don't do diff bushings if it is your daily...

...I highly regret having them installed on mine. The nvh is very noticable.
This, highly regret doing mine.
My car is an NVH machine...
...seriously consider leaving the bushings out though on a DD because everyone knows they will increase noise levels
Do not do diff bushings! I rode in a car that had them and the nvh was horrible.
I have the complete Steeda "Stop-the-Hop" kit, AND the black diff bushings (supposedly stiffer than the optional red ones) and my car does NOT have any more NVH than it did before the install.

Yes, maybe it's due to my exhaust combo, but when cruising at highway speed at 2,000 rpm the whole car is relatively quiet to where I can comfortably carry on a conversation or listen to music.

I noticed absolutely no increase in NVH after the rear suspension mods noted in my sig, and all the parts were installed at the same time.

I put the Steeda black bushings in the diff along with the BMR CB005 cradle lockout kit and it howls like a banshee on trailing/light throttle, other than that not too bad. But I also went to black bushings in the motor mounts so the noise from up there now pretty much dominates all else.

On the upside, those two kits really settled the car down a ton on the track.

I literally just installed the Steeda red diff bushings, subframe alignment pins and subframe bushing support. Already have the Steeda braces. So far, no nvh at all and drivetrain seems quieter and absolutely planted. This is on my PP2. Also pretty surprised that it's tracking perfectly straight, the subframe must have already been well aligned. Now if I can sneak in the garage long enough to install the dual rate magneride springs....
