You are suppose to keep your car clean at all times no matter what color.

Really? So how do I drive anywhere or do anything that a car is supposed to do if I know it will get dirty? Am I supposed to park my only car in the garage never to see the road because it's too special to get dirty?

I could literally wash and detail my Black 87 T-Bird Turbo Coupe or My Moonlight Blue 4.6 Liter 97 Thunderbird LX, go inside to grab a drink and come out and they would be Dusty and Dirty looking. Sorry but using a California Duster just leads to Millions of Fine Little Scratches over time. I LOVED that Moonlight Blue on My 97 T-Bird but I constantly regreted buying it instead of the other Pearl White 97 T-Bird I was looking at back then. Never Again. I know Silver is the Easiest to keep Looking Great, My only other choice at this point would be Triple Yellow. If Constant Cleaning, Washing, Waxing, Polishing, and Touch Ups don't bother you, Knock Yourself Out with a Black, or Deep Impact Blue. Even Ruby Red, Guard and Magnetic are going to require Extra Upkeep. I'd rather spend more time enjoying driving My Car than Trying to Keep it Clean.

This is why I went yellow. I've had 2 black mustangs in the past. I think TampaBear wants to do yellow too, don't ya, Tampa? :p

Yeah JoeDog, I'm down to Triple Yellow or Ingot Silver. I gotta see both in person first though. Might go with the Redline interior if I go for Ingot. I think that would look fantastic, but I've got a soft spot for Yellow Mustangs.

I ended up going through all of the Mustang colors I'd owned before and choosing something I'd never had before. My very first one was a silver 1985. Then I had a black 1988 (which later became mystic, after a wreck). Then I had a white 1995 or 1996 (I forget). Then I had a 2000 in the Hunter Green (close enough to Guard). Then I had a 2004 Mach 1 in Azure Blue. Then a 2011 GT in Black and finally the 2013 in Grabber Blue.

So, I decided it couldn't be Black, Blue, Silver, Green or White. I remember liking the CO Mach 1's, but also remember them looking kind of dull sometimes, like the color made them appear less shiny somehow.

That narrowed me down to Ruby or TY. Ruby seemed like it'd be a bit harder to keep clean, so that's why I went TY.

Well there ya go. If your driving a Honda, Camry, or Cebby go ahead and drive it dirty. No ones looking at them anyway. But go out there with a filthy Mustang on a beautiful sunny day, and everyone will see the thing.

If your gonna drive an icon, drive it clean.
