I contacted them yesterday I don't think they were aware it was in the country before I told them so I don't know :shrug: Ford had given them a delivery date of the 17th.

I had to tell my dealer it had arrived at the, er, dealers! Tossers!

Me: Mr ford dealer has my car arrived yet it rolled off the boat in Southampton on the 6th
Dealer: It's not here yet we will contact you when it arrives

Is it making it's own way up :shrug:

Or did they roll it off the wrong side of the boat :doh:

tell them you urgently require your vehicle and for them to prioritise the delivery of it >NOW<. Got to be assertive with some of these arse wipes.

Just got the call from Allen Ford - it arrives with them on Monday, I'm picking it up on Thursday morning. Proper excited

especially at the garage he's ordered from last piss up they organised in a brewery they ended up at a farm 20 miles away and on the wrong day :cheers:

Don't want to vent at all about non-Mustang matters but bloody annoyed as just lost £3k on an unexpected payment which is going to leave me tight in June time when I was due to pick up the car. Need to sort out exactly what money i'll have and 2017 started so well and down hill it went. :rant:

edit: Spoke to my dealer, 2 options are wait and see what the build date is for my current order or do a re-order and start at the back of the queue again. They're going to confirm exactly what they can do for me. I can still pickup in June but I think i'll be maxing out a credit card which I don't want to do as it'll leave me paying off a big bill for the rest of the year and the card. I'm very tempted to reorder but they have said about a possibly price increase due soon that might happen, anyone have any ideas please about the price increase?

As far as I'm aware you pay the price that was agreed, the price increase (if any) does not come into it.

If you reorder you will pay the price on the day. So if it has increased you will be paying the extra

It was essentially a very good investment that went bad very quickly, lost £4000 in total before I managed to get my money out.

My dealer said he knew of a price rise but not when it'll be. Waiting to hear on build date for my current order, work out exactly how much I'll have as got to pay for a trip to Nepal in May, then decide whether to reorder...even with a £600 increase, I'll still be better off if I push delivery back to September time. Just means it'll start to get cold by the time I get her probably. Dealer says they'll have no problems selling the first order if I do reorder.

Looks like 3x TY, 1x gb and 1x RR.
