Looks like you did a good job there, I'm thinking I should really do the same to my 2017. Could you tell us where you get the rest of the parts? Fittings, teflon hose etc.
Thanks.
Just got my front screen replaced today as well, very happy, OE screen installed well (I was there the full time) by autoglass. I paid £190 excess, can’t really complain at that.
I stay by the coast and have always had rust problems with my vehicles, so I got mine done here..

Seems to be a good job as far as I can see.
I’m only at home 6 months of the year but it’s another thing to look forward to for when I get home.
Always can’t help smiling when I see it again, and I drive it as much as possible when I’m home.
I wouldn’t hesitate.
Thats correct, recently I left my truck running while I ran across the road to get some cash from the bank machine.
A friendly copper collared me and informed me what I was doing was illegal. :D
I can't see anything scary there, it would be mad not to replace the pressure plate and release bearing while the 'box is out though.
A quick rub up with some emery paper and the flywheel face will be good to go by the look of it.
I would be having a good check of the flywheel face to make sure the remaining rivets have not scored it up whilst it's been slipping.
It's probably been a manufacturing defect with the friction plate itself, just one of those things.
I've seen clutches do this before but not at such low...
