Deep scratch

My dealer connected me with a local guy. He did it in no time, and the bloody thing looked like new.

After rereading this thread. I had totally forgotten about all the issues I had, when I first bought my car.
Man time flies...

Both. The Ford dealership said it would cost a fortune if they did it for me, in addition the the paperwork. Ford typically charge per hour, and per item they are fixing.
Plus, I paid cash to the guy.

thought Ford was fixing the scratch for you for free.

The piece on the bumper, yes. But, the part where the litter tray fell on the bonnet, no.
