I have the same issue and just found this thread. I just ordered some form lighting clear taillights and was wondering if anyone can confirm if these aftermarket lights have the adjustment bolts as the OEM ones do or we have to do the rubber shims? I’m waiting for these taillights to arrive but also don’t want to try to turn the screws and crack them if they don’t have that ability.
I'm considering buying the Form tails so I'm interested in the answer to this question.

I got the form lighting lights and I honestly was too nervous to try to adjust them and crack the housing, ended up just buying some nylon washers and sized them as shims to line up the lights and decklid. Worked perfectly only issue is the mp concepts decklid has poor fitment. So impossible to have equal gaps on both sides. But with the shims way better then out the box. The taillights were sunken in compared to the decklid. Took a lot of nylon washers to get them to where they sat flush with the decklid

I have plenty of nylon washers so that's certainly an option.

I did contact Form on their web page to see if the screws are adjustable like the factory lights. I'll post what they say here when they reply. It'll be good info even though you already have a working solution.

I actually did reach out to form and they basically said that form lighting fit oem specs and could not verify or confirm if they are adjustable. So i just used the washer method.

Here's the reply they just sent me:

"Our Form Taillights mount and adjust exactly the same as the OEM lamps."

I dunno what to say. When I upgrade, I'm going to try adjusting the screws (if it needs it). If it breaks, I'll point out their reply and ask for replacements.

So I’ve been a bit unhappy with the alignment of the decklid panel and taillights so I did decide to try to see if the form lighting tail lights adjust like OEM and they do. So that’s a plus. Just dealing with the MP concepts decklid that just has fitment issues. Right now I have a bigger gap on on the drivers side between the taillights and decklid.

You can adjust or reduce the gaps by adjusting the positions of the rear taillight assemblies:
https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/check-your-taillight-gaps.129865/page-4#post-3099616

And you can also try adjusting the rear trunk lid catch (and this thread also has users who did the washer trick noted in above thread):

So I took some time to readjust the decklid and taillights, they aren’t 100% but finally I got even gaps on both sides. Ended up installing the decklid and with the bolts only threaded on a bit used a rubber mallet lightly to tap it more to the drivers side to fix and center the decklid between both taillights. I prob could have worked on the taillight adjustments to line up better but it’s 100x better then where it was.
