Just need to tap into the blinkers. Took five minutes per side to solder it up with the bumper on. Bumper off will be that much easier.

On the passenger side right in front of the washer fluid tank where there are several ground wires bolted to the frame and in a similar location on the driver's side.

Just in front of the radiator under the cowl cover. Tie wrapped neatly to the rad support.

Yes please. I'd like a White/Amber light as well. As cool as the RGB lights look, I'd never use them.

Glad I'm not the only one. It would make the 'professional installer' cost more attractive if the module wasn't so expensive. As it stands now, looking at like $400-500 to install :(

I had a full build done, justifies the cost with the upgraded projectors and HID SETUP

Most retrofiters charge $150-$300 just to open and reseal the lights and then any other work is on top of that.

My installer charged $350 for this...

take off bumper, remove headlights, cut open headlights(they might bake open eventually but it is a far less clean method, GL to not getting leaks and or bent plastic, clean out all old sealant, paint the projector housing and amber reflector black, paint the inside of the projector red for a stealth demon eye only when the projector is not on, install the new LED boards, reseal headlight, test for leaks and apply more sealant if needed, wire everything to the car itself, replace bumper and lights..

he is just a friend of mine that did BMW headlight angel eye replacements. asked him to do my set and he did a great job despite it being the first time on new headlights. he will do a shipped set of lights I bet, just tell him Chris sent you.

Guys, if you're spending all this money to have the lights opened, I highly recommend upgrading the projectors while you're in there. This is also a great opportunity to have some detail work done.
