Man, you're going to have some major sealing issues by the look of those lens covers... You may want to run a bead on them just to be safe.

I have to say though, the finished product looks TITS.

Well... I have to pull my bumper and check the lights. :( My passenger side drl works perfect in all colors except white. It only barely lights up; as if it isn't getting enough voltage.

I'm hoping it's just a wiring or controller issue (I have extras) and they don't need to be opened up again.

Indeed. It happened once before but that was after it was in acc mode for hours while working/testing stuff so I'm hoping it's a wiring issue but we shall see....

Sounds like more of a controller issue, but it is possible that there's a ground fault on that circuit if a conductor was damaged during the install.

hopefully it's not a bad controller...when I first got mine the actual passenger side controller ended up being fubar. sucked having to drop my car back off at the installer to reopen the light and reseal it. they sent out a new controller quickly but they don't think twice about you having to pay the installer again lol

If it's just the controller I'm good; I have two extra and you don't have to open the lights for them. If it's the led boards (which I kinda doubt), I'll have to open them myself. :(

yeah my installer went ahead and mounted controllers in the OEM location inside the light. sucks if they go out but its a lot cleaner overall.

It's a driver - and not the ones I have on hand, of course... Now I have to wait for Diode to approve the warranty replacement and ship new ones out.

DD is shipping me a new driver... When I switched the the driver side one all was good and there were no issues withe the wiring itself.

I'm just waiting on tracking to see if I should put it all back together or wait for the part. :shrug:
