There is a lifetime for the fix-a-flat in the kits. They want you to acknowledge such. Here is how you clear the warning:

That's simply telling you that the Fix-a-flat can has, or is, expiring.

Not sure how much it really matters because it's pretty much useless even new...
Either buy a spare tire kit or keep a AAA membership.
