Cyl 3 high degrees

this is bad right? The high flucuating numbers on cyl 3. I’ve never seen it go over 8.00, for any of the 4 cylinders for that matter. This was a screen shot of a video. In the middle of me slightly pressing on the gas at idle. I tried to upload the video but I kept getting an error.
