check the gap on the plugs. Also might have gotten bad gas, you always fill up with premium at a reliable station?

Could be a bad coil pack as well. I haven't had that issue on the Mustang platform yet but I've had issues with my last ride and coil packs

Im thinking its an overheating plug because its an on and off occurrence typically when the car is hot or being used i have a tune so in thinking i shouldve bought the colder plugs

Hey evan, it's me again; guy with bad plug from other thread. I'll tell you this; last thing I did just to verify that the plug was bad was, after driving 2 days with the factory plugs back in and on the stock tune and the engine running perfectly, I put just the plug I had determined was bad back into the engine. Started the engine and it was idling smooth. My first thought was "Did I get this wrong? Is the plug OK?" Then the engine warmed up and started running like crap, and the idle was crap too. I figure that when the plug warms up, the heat causes something in the plug to crap out.

If you want to do a pretty cheap test, just buy one replacement plug that's one step colder than stock, and replace just the #3 plug. If the problem goes away, buy the other 3 plugs. Having the one plug that's a slightly different heat range than the others will do absolutely no harm to the engine. Just make sure to gap any new plug you put in to 0.026. Adam of MAPerformance has determined that that is the gap that is optimal for most EBM engines.

Don't see a plug in your post, however NGK 6510 and Denso ITV22 are both one step colder than stock and both should be carried by just about any auto store.

Why didn't you just post this in the thread you already created. Anything we can all do to keep this forum from being cluttered is greatly appreciated! I feel like we gave you a lot of resolutions in the other thread.

Are you on stock intercooler?

Dealer just called me theyre saying that the car is working but has a few hiccups they want me to return to full on stock to do more test. Would a KAM reset resolve this issue im thinking that i got a bad tune as the car will still run its just in the higher speeds/accelerations it begins to misfire.
