I've never messed with vanity plates because it gives someone a reason to mess with your car. Also, your license plate is easy to remember if you do any illegal activities aka speeding or reckless driving. Just my opinion of course.

Great points, thought the very same thing but got the plate anyway. I was going to go vanity for my daily but for the reasons given won't be doing it, that car can get me into trouble as well.

True dat. I’ve been living here since July and cross my fingers I haven’t been stopped yet. Was able to get my Michigan registration until October of this year. Then I gotta get creative. This state is so fucked for car people.
