The great thing about owning my own car and business is that I can do whatever I want with it. I applaud you all for your opinions, but that’s exactly what they are. Your opinions. Emulation is what we all do, we are all copying somebody else’s idea. I chose to copy a Ford icon and building my car with the necessary components to back it up. If anyone doesn’t like it, feel free to unsubscribe or go spew your vitriol somewhere else.

I agree. I put a MMD hood scoop on mine to look like a pro-stock car.

Good thinking. I put a cowl hood on my car so the supercharger would fit. Problem is its a centri blower.

Do what you like since it's your car, but there will be plenty who scoff at making something it's not. I think it would look killer without the front and rear badges, but then again I like debadged sleepers.

This reminds me of when I had my '07 GT500, which was a vert in Alloy with silver rocker stripes. At the time there was a dude in town with a V6 vert, also in Alloy, and he had put a billet grille in it along with GT500 grille and fender badges, and even went so far as similar rocker stripes in white. One day on a drive I happened to see him ahead and stood on it, and flew up behind him rapidly. I've never seen someone careen out of the fast lane over to a right hand turn lane so quickly.

What you're doing is like adding 5.0 and GT badges on a V6 mustang or Ecoboost. GT guys adding GT350 badging etc. Dodge R/T guys putting hellcat badges. It's shitty taste and should be avoided. Your car is not a cobra and should never be marked as a cobra.
