Hey guys, so I think my cradle is off center due to one tire sticking a bit out to one side than the other. Since im gonna be down there anyways, I was just gonna go all out and do it all at once.

I had a question, I see Steeda has the cradle alignment kit bushings, is that the only part that will do that? do the BMR bushing or Cradle lock outs align the rear too?

thanks!

From us (BMR) the following parts perfectly centers the cradle.

BK047
BK048

The CB005 Cradle Lockout Kit does not perfectly center the cradle, BUT it is extremely close. If you mess with it a little, you can perfectly center it with the CB005.

Most of my customers, I have them acquire the CB005 to center the cradle and gain better performance and driving characteristics, etc.

LMK if you have any other questions.

thanks man! Exactly what I needed. So the BK047 orBK048 plus the CB005 sounds like the ideal setup!

what is the benefit to the 48 over the 47?

Ignore the 047 and 048....

Just get the CB005 only, and enjoy it! It is IMO, and many of the people's opinions that have it, the single best / first upgrade for the S550 IRS System. ;)

I went overkill on mine and used the CB005 and then put the back half of the Steeda centering kit in mine. I agree with Kelly that the CB005 is probably enough by itself.

CB005 is awesome!!! This with BK055 is probably the 2 best S550 IRS upgrades.

I just picked up the STEEDA alignment kit and will be installing the rear portion only. I have CB005 installed up front so both will keep the cradle centered properly.

I have the BMR CB005 kit already installed. If I got the Steeda alignment pins, do I need to drop the cradle to install the rear set?

If it is already lined up, (with the rear bolts out) you should not need to.

If it is off, you'll need to drop it to adjust / move the cradle.

Has anyone with cb005 cut and installed the front alignment pins? Or does everyone just put the two rears in?
