update: swap complete !!!!! I got the abs reprogrammed today and everything is communicating now !!! I thought my airbag module needed reprogramming but turns out i was wrong. The air bag had 3 failure codes 2 were for pretensions i plugged in but did't push the lock tabs down witch have a short bar in them . The short bar is so if you don't lock it in, it will short and throw a code rather than arc out and set the tensioner off. The third code was for the left front g sensor , turns out the harness had more damage than i repaired. The wire was literally broken in half hidden under the sheathing. so once those problems were fixed the codes were cleared and light is off. The airbag module only captures the vin when it collects freeze frame data in the event the module is fired. So everything works including line lock ! I am also attaching a pic of the laptop and ids that reprogrammed this car including reprogramming my old ecoboost keys to work with the new setup. " but it doesn't exist to some people " here is proof.
