That huge crack in the dash is the biggest quality defect I've seen to date. I can't believe the dealer let that one leave the lot looking like that

There's a few blemishes on ours here and there, but overall, very satisfied with the quality of our 2015.

Panels seem to fit ok on mine. Weird issue where the driver side leading edge of the front fender sits about 1/4" higher than the hood, right at the headlight. Not a big deal, but need to keep an eye on it washing and drying with towels from snagging. Adjusted the hood stops, but it just causes the hood to ride farther over the fender towards the tire. Kinda made a happy medium between the two. Weird its only the driver side, though.

Yeah noticed my rag would catch above the headlight, had to be careful to not pull it up. When I met up with a few other guys with 15's they noticed it too.

Yeah its weird. Almost like the wrong bend on that side of the hood. I tried pushing the fender edge down, but then it bows inward towards the hoodline. I'm thinking of adding homelink and need to check a premium GT for that to see if Ii can make it work. I'm going to walk the lot and look at others.

Yeah, they were pretty embarrassed when I pointed it out to them. No biggie...it's an easy fix. I was so happy that all of the body panels were in alignment that the dash didn't faze me.

I'm glad they'll be able to fix that for you; that is the worst quality control issue I've seen on anybody's car. Thankfully it's an easily replaceable trim piece (though expensive; that same piece on Performance Pack cars costs $1,500).

I will warn you, though -- that black plastic panel on the trunk lid is incredibly flimsy. I know they're ordering you a new one, but don't be surprised if it starts to dent again soon. Every time I close my trunk I feel like it's going to break under my fingers.

No worries, it's not a dent. It's "sink mark" caused by either a poorly designed mold or possibly uneven cooling of the part after molding. I am sure there is a mounting boss or rib on the back side of the part, right under the dimple. We've all seen these, but they usually occur on cheap plastic parts where aesthetics are not critical. I am half expecting the replacement part to show the same defect. if it does, I'll just keep having them replaced until I find a good one. :D

Noticed silver dollar sized bulge/dent from inside out dead center in trunk lid. It's more of a bulge and makes me wonder if others have this. You have to look at the lid at just the right angle to see it.
I had the same bulge in the middle of my trunk lid, as well as a very small dent in the hood that really almost looked like a weld area.

I brought it into my dealer, and they had no qualms about having it fixed. Made an appointment and they had it fixed in about 2 hours using PDR - paintless dent removal. I looked like crazy afterwards, and there is absolutely zero evidence that anything was ever there. They guy did fantastic work.

I also had the slanted rear window... where it is higher on the right side than the left and you can tell when looking at the 3rd brake light.

Once you guys pointed it out on your own.. I looked at mine... and ever since then... there is no un-seeing the problem!

Took it to my dealership today for them to take pictures and contact ford. Ford authorized a Re-install on the glass... so hopefully it lines up right the second time around and the glass itself isn't the issue. I will update with before and after pics mid-week next week when I take it in.
