Ordered! Thanks Jay!
Does anyone know the power gain? I saw in another thread like 6-7hp and 3-4trq?
Doesnt seem right...
Hey Valentino, did you order one of their catbacks yet? Do it! Do it!I think Jayman's statement is refreshingly honest - except for Turbo cars (especially ones in a conservative state of tune) changing a cat-back is unlikely to get any significant gains. In some cases torque may even drop.
Throw a tune in and it may change (meaning, tune + catback gains > tune only + cat back only), but the 30-45 rwhp folks are quoting with catback only is simply nonsense. Even in a turbo car. I do think though the Coyote gen 2 will pick up 30-35 rwhp with a tune, catback and cai on 92 octane.
LOL. Trust me, I'd do it in a heart-beat as its my next mod. But we recently purchased a house (with all the expenses that come with that) so I'm lucky wife signed off on the Stang and (reluctantly) the tint, custom clear-bra/roof work and LED kit. Exhaust will have to wait!!Hey Valentino, did you order one of their catbacks yet? Do it! Do it!![]()
Fair enough, my fiancée says she feels neglected like when I first picked the car up. :kickrock:LOL. Trust me, I'd do it in a heart-beat as its my next mod.
