Coolant Flush Frequency?

I just changed mine a few months ago and now it is brown. I only did 2 track days. Is this normal?

Had Firestone flush my coolant system for me.

I just did a drain and refill on a 5 year/12K GT using the yellow Ford premix. After driving a few miles, the coolant in the expansion tank has a brownish pink color. If I didn’t know better, the coolant looks like it needs to be flushed ASAP.

There is a test kit available that I may use.
Regardless, I spoke to a certified Ford tech at the local track. He told me it was not flushed enough so I'll do it myself next time.
