Following the thread on time-telling with a Mustang watch, I used the idiomatic
phrase that Mustangs have "Stood the test of Time"..."Timeless" if you will. My bad to string together two metaphors and two idioms to prove my point...I just didn't realize some couldn't follow.

These days I'm just hoping Apple allows for customizable watch faces. I'd like to put my car on my watch, maybe with matching ford fonts.

The ability to customize the image (I.e. Something we've been doing with computers for a long time now) kinda keeps the watch fresh. If I'm feeling nostalgic, I can put up an old Boss 429. If I'm feeling egotistic, I'll put up my current car (or maybe that's if I'm feeling humble... LOL)

I dig great design though. And that shinola watch with the official 50 year logo looks pretty classy.

That Shinola watch is pretty awesome, and made in Detroit. Might just be going on my Christmas "wish" list....I have read about that company and they had a pretty good reputation for quality.

That shinola watch was well done, wish I could find one for sale

I am going to check into finding one. I'll let you know if I have any luck.
P.S. I just checked the website and that watch is not there. I contacted Shinola, and I am waiting for a reply now.
Well, I just heard back from Shinola. The watch was never offered for sale to the general public. Only distributed to ford dealers on a limited basis. Bummer. Going to be hard to find now. I bet they will pop up on E bay for a ridiculas price.
