Just put the windows up? It significantly cuts the wind and road noise but leaves the scenery.
He wasn't complaining about the wind...I was just saying watching his pics made me shiver :)

I will note with windscreen AND windows up, you really warm up the cockpit. The windscreen is a huge part of that, though. It helps more than the windows alone.

I do drive around when it's cool-er-ish with all the windows up, heater on, heated wheel/seats on hi, it's amazingly warm - but people look at you like your crazy :D Hahaha, I actually had this one older lady in traffic recently, rolled down her window, said, "Oh that's a beautiful car, but aren't you cold?" I said, "No mam, everything is heated so it's actually really warm, and I still get a great view" (It was a beautiful day, can't imagine having the roof up on a day like that, even if it's a touch chilly).

I knocked around the idea of a wind screen, but I use the back seats pretty frequently, and didn't want something else to fiddle around with just to use the car (i.e., I like to minimize my hassles).

If I had to use the backs a lot, I would give it a second thought. Though I did move tot he Audi A4 screen as suggested in the other thread. I previously had the Love the Drive unit. The Audi comes out much quicker than the LTD (assuming you want to remove the straps on the LTD), and folds up MUCH smaller. And the Audi unit can be found under $150 on ebay, less than half the LTD. The LTD unit makes your trunk unusable when stored there. The Audi piece folds up to half the size and leaves plenty of room.

I pretty much have to use the screen or the wife will bitch about her hair. I see so many verts around town with their tops up on pretty days, and it is almost always a woman driving. The ladies miss out on a lot of the good things in life because they are reluctant to mess up their hair.

I appreciate that. Can't wait to take it out but we are supposed to get snow tonight so it may be a few days.
