Thanks for the support. The link was just an example to show that Borla is specifically saying exhausts are now designated specifically to work with GT and GT convertibles, which means they probably have the tooling and mid pipes to make the FRPP cat back touring exahaust work with a convertible, it's not meant as it being the Borla equivalent for the FRPP touring cat back exhaust.Sorry for your trouble with Breeze! I'm trying to achieve the same goal as you. I was told the same by Ford only to find out theirs doesn't fit based on multiple calls to installers.
Is this Borla link part number the same system as Ford's without the FR stamp and price tag? Please let us convertible owners know if it truly is a straight fit without modification. I hope your made whole on your money.
Borla has a touring exhaust http://www.borla.com/products/mustang_gt_catback_exhaust_touring_part__140589.html but this one doesn't have an x-pipe
This is type S, x-pipe, but not a touring http://www.borla.com/products/mustang_gt_catback_exhaust_stype_part__140590.html
The Atak has x-pipe and probably loud otherwise it'd be a touring http://www.borla.com/products/mustang_gt_catback_exhaust_atak_part__140591.html
