Sean - The Avantgarde M580's look a lot like those you posted.

Here is a site for those wheels you posted. They have a # and sales email address as well. http://wpi-motorsports.com/zito-wheels/
I remember you showing me those! I really like them but I wish I could see a better angle of that stepped barrel... that's the only thing that's got me a little off.

And that site... it feels so bare bones to me. Wish there were some kind of specs. I got in touch with a sales rep at one point (like Tom or Tony or something) and he was just a bit too pressure sales for me. I never emailed him back after the first couple messages.

ahhh gotcha.

Here are a few more pictures. Hopefully they help. Their step/drop/indent is not as pronounced as those other wheels it appears.

I've been on the forums for a while own a 2013 boss 302. I'm also a big daft punk fan. Thinking about getting the new GT350

Anyways I had the same issue with wheels out there in the market. I came from the import scene and had a 350z with more play then the mustang in offsets. Yes other cars with lower offset are going to have better looking cast wheels.

The only way your going to get great fitting concave deep wheels for the mustang is to go forged custom. I was frustrated and made my own wheels to fill in this gap.

You can still get a deep concave with a Monoblock wheel for the mustang. The issue is really the 55 offset, and custom you can get around what a cast or rotory forged company will not do.

The main issue with forgestar and HRE and TSW is there wheels are universal even though forgestar can work with blanks then grind down the pad to the right offset. The spokes stay the same.

For $400 more for a full set then HRE flow forms you can do custom and quite frankly have a lighter stronger wheels that tailored to your car.

The FlowForms are the same problem. It's not a custom offset. I'd have to go with something in their Forged lineup. Which is about $8k. CCW has a hybrid 2 piece setup that is really nice and very very well priced but, that's not a monoblock. Honestly the Forgestars are just stupid cheap. I was expecting to pay more in the $4k range but there's really not many wheels that check all the boxes for that. Their might be some in the $6k range, and that's fine, but it's tough to swallow when that's a quarter of the price of the car or I could have a whipple. Your wheels look great btw!

edit: Forgot to add that Avant Garde also has some forged stuff at a reasonable price like CCW but again, not monoblock.

Well there is also the niche forged line thats a good option super reasonable on price and their turn around is amazing.

Thanks. I'm telling you for 4k you can get custom forged concave monoblocks. Seven Forged Custom Wheels that are in that price range.

Those monoblocks in a squared 18x11 setup would be sick as hell on the S550 platform.

If you ever need a test platform that's driven by a photographer...holler.:ninja:
