So that vacuum line that I wasn't suppose to cut is biting my ass.
I fixed the leak but the line is pinched and it's causing my car to run bogged down.

I think I'm going to take it to the dealer and tell them I messed it up.

Just buy the vacuum line you cut and replace it, it should be easy enough. Unless it's hard to reach.

I don't care how this is solved. Looks like aftermarket bovs are having issues at low rpms. My HKS flutters as well. Anyone do log testing with this yet?

I have the Turbosmart OEM replacement BOV and it too flutters at low boost. But i thought this was normal. My vac line is tapped from the intake manifold.

Yeah I'll give it a go. It's not hard to reach, it's just that I'm not sure how to seal two hard plastic vacuum lines. Originally I put a bigger hose over the plastic vacuum line and clamped them together but I'm still getting a small leak.

Where you using a T fitting? It may be easier to just get a new line... Lines will be pretty tight when you put them over the fitting, most are designed so the lines don't just pop out. On top of that you can use a zip tie just to be safe. However, you can't just join to lines and expect a good seal with just another hose over it. Either replace it, or buy a normal fitting and put it in the middle to join the line.

There are three white clips on the vacuum assembly. You can un clip them and take the whole line t setup out. Replace needed sections and reinstall as a unit.no need to be cramped under the hood. I cut the wrong one first also, vid is not clear and no instructions didn't help either. I just replaced the hard with soft line without the t and got the mani block from turbosmart. Cleaner easier install.no shared vacuum line.

Yeah they should've been more specific in the video.

Anyways, I put my stock pipes back in along with the stock blow off valve, and I tried to seal the vacuum lines as best as possible. Now I'm not getting any air venting through the blow off valve. Car seems very boggy as well. I'm lost here, don't know what else to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Replace your vacuum lines, bro. Too easy. Maybe 10 bucks worth parts.

Yeah, just bought that part from the dealer and it should be here Tuesday. I'm sure that's the root of all my problems.

Anyone dealt with the compressor surge on the HKS yet?

Same here. I was trying to figure a way to cap the original OEM hole underneath the Turbosmart since I no longer need the recirculation hose. I capped off my JLT and didn't want a hose hanging or any dust getting into the piping.
