Throwing coffee seems babyish, not like I imagine Texans to be.

Not understanding this part. What does "post" mean in that context?Pretty common practice to post fake temp plates according to PD.
They put fake temp tags on the car. Paper tag or license plate. The kind you get when you buy a car and are waiting for the permanent plates to come from the DMV. People make fake ones and hope not to get pulled over I guess. Not understanding this part. What does "post" mean in that context?
Living in Florida has hardened me a little. 99% of the time if someone talks to you they either want money, to sell you drugs or to convert you to their religion. If you engage they won't go away.Reminds me of buying clothes for an interview. I was shopping solo and know very well how my fashion sense is so I walked up to a random mom pushing a stroller to ask how well the slacks and shirt matched. I wasn't wearing the clothes, they were in my hands on hangers. Just walking up to her, she looked like I was going to peel her skin off or something. Took a minute after asking the question before she just told me they looked fine together. People don't know how to be social anymore. We have our small group of friends and everyone else may as well be from another planet. Could be one of a hundred reasons for the OP to get coffee thrown at him and I bet none of them would make sense to most of us.
On another note, almost 150 posts on this topic. Interesting lol.
Just because you live in Texas, doesn't mean you're a "Texan". As a general rule, we Texans are generous, easy going, hard working, don't start trouble and there will be no trouble kind of people. The issue is, we are one of the fastest growing states with 2 of the top 5 fastest growing cities in the nation. As such, we get a lot of transplants and they bring their shitty attitudes, driving habits, bad manners, and emotional dyslexia with them. Not all are like this, but still. I seriously doubt the douche nozzle that threw his Starbucks from his POS Cadillac is a "Texan". He (or she) is a cowardly little bitch with a limp-wristed, shitty car, a serious case of envy, and neither the mental capacity nor the tools to deal with any of it that just happens to live in Texas.Throwing coffee seems babyish, not like I imagine Texans to be.
Yeah, I hate when my meth dealer asks for money to support his church ...Living in Florida has hardened me a little. 99% of the time if someone talks to you they either want money, to sell you drugs or to convert you to their religion.
Wow the perfect murder? Fake plates and a Starbucks coffee cup made from snow. Criminal genius.Update: Got recording. Plates came back as fake. Pretty common practice to post fake temp plates according to PD. I have not seen the vehicle since. A few people have suggested trying other things to try and track him down, but I do not have the time to play full-time detective. Moving on.
I remember hearing about this being a big problem in Texas but they shut down the task force that deals with this. They put fake temp tags on the car.
