I like the clean look and I am sure the added intake size adds power. You would have to relocate the Whipple coolant reservoir that mounts to the cold air shield. The cobra jets do not use a heat ex-changer.
I'm totally fine putting UPR's ice chest in the spare tire well in the trunk.

How much does it cost to add the ice chest and all the other required pump and lines? I assume this would help a lot in hot weather at the track.

A molded plastic tank would be nice because the ice would last longer in the tank and it could be made cheaper.

Ice tanks are really designed for 60 seconds and less anyway. I would like the ability to add ice to the Whipple kit.

Speaking of heat and PD's...

I had this crazy idea to chill the heat exchanger water... Actually, I have been bouncing around a lot of ideas concerning cooling, including using phase change to help cool the air pre-compressor. All vaporware for now!

EDIT: Of course, all of this would add weight (most likely a trunk setup), aka the thing we all hate. I do wonder though what would be the benefits, though.

I got mine in the mail yesterday... Thing is a monster! Includes a blue filter too!

So - I didn't spend a whole lot of time mocking it up, but - from what I did... I'm not sure we'll be able to use the aluminum reservoir/pump location.. It looks like it turns it down right on top of it.. I'll have to play some more, but that was my immediate finding.

I have an Idea to use my Watson Ice tank (Uninstalled currently) as a reservoir and mount the pump elsewhere..

I could be wrong, but - Like I said, I didn't mess around long with it... I'll comment more as I do.
