So I recently got a tune from Ryan martin from EMS tuning for my 2019 Eco-boost mustang. I downloaded the access port manager software and made sure to install the newest software Cobb Tuning has to offer. but when I go to upload the Tuning file to my Access Port it gives me this error. " An unhandled exception occurred. Press "Abort" to terminate the program, "retry" to exit the program normally and "ignore" to try to continue. " this is really frustrating I'm not sure what I am doing wrong and need help, thank you in advance !
