Hi. I have a 2015 with 20k miles on it.
Last week, I bought a brand new Cobb accessport, thinking in going with their maps only, for now... but now I am divided: I want to sell sometime around august to get the new blue 2017. Should I just wait and not take the risk of something going on until I sell my '15 and then install the tune after I get the '17 (thinking about give or take a 1k miles to break in before installing). If I wait, I may be able to return to Cobb ( i am not sure about their policies ).
What you guys think ?

So you bought a 15 with 20 miles on it and then you want to trade it in for a 17? Do you just like to eat the depreciation or something?

How is it possible to have a '15 with only 20 miles, that's my question.

Still tho. The price difference just for a different color?
I would put the money on modding your 15.

even thou I have follow this forum for the past 2 years I never registered because I work long hours and just did because I got a big time off and took the decision to register and share some of my stories with my baby. However, It is very unlikely that someone will buy anything from me, here, because I have no history. Who knows....

I am considering getting a GT. I can afford without a problem and my supervisor ( who ends up being my best friend is very close friend to the owner of one of the biggest North Texas dealers, and always gets his cars at very low price and he did the favor in getting my EBPP for only 22). Maybe I can get a GT bellow 30kDLLs. Again...who knows?

you won't need the Cobb AP if you get a GT. Sell/Return it and get you into a GT

That is true. I just called Cobb, and they don't accept returns after 14 days and today is the 16th day. I was the stage 3 but end up buying the whole stage 2 because I just replaced my tires ( Somehow, they last that long...since I have seen people complaining about replacing at 5k miles.) I do not baby the car, I like to drive quite fast for an old fart...but never burnouts or anything like that. I guess I am stuck now with a Cobb accessport, a Cai and a Intercooler. The main reason for not installing at this point is because I want to sell like original ( some dad buying for their kids prefer that way ) and second, I am so close now to get a '17 and I rather sell and lose some than lose more if I install and something go wrong. For a new guy on the forum, what is the best way to sell, and gain trustworthy, so they know they are getting what I may end up selling?

BTW, if any of you guys reading my post, have interest in buying for a reasonable discount, I can send the pics of it. I know the rules of selling...but I am just letting you all know, and maybe you know a friend or someone. Thanks.

Just being honest here, I wouldn't buy anything from someone on a forum without several hundred posts. I don't know you and that is the problem. I think most people on here would be equally cautious as there would be no way to resolve it if it were. Ebay would be your best bet at this point.
