I didn't see a thread on this subject so I figured I would post here for future searches.

My car wouldn't start a few weeks ago. It was acting like the clutch pedal sensor was bad. It would refuse to start and display the "depress clutch" message even when the clutch was all the way in until I turned the vehicle off, opened and closed the door and then restarted it and it would work. Kind of like rebooting a computer that's frozen. Then last week it refused to start all together.

I contemplated replacing the sensor myself since it's only $30 but figured I would send it to the dealer and get the work done under warranty. It took them a week but they finally got it fixed and it works fine now. They also did my 10k inspection of the brakes and suspension but no light service since I'd already done the fluid changes.

Works like a champ now.
