As much as you can get. Just dropped a 10R and reinstalled. Going to be really, really tough getting the super long 3/8" drive extensions from the rear end area to get to the 2 top bell housing bolts, while laying on the ground.

Just sayin'.

As much as you can get. Just dropped a 10R and reinstalled. Going to be really, really tough getting the super long 3/8" drive extensions from the rear end area to get to the 2 top bell housing bolts, while laying on the ground.

Just sayin'.
I did it on my 6R80, it's do-able.

Do you happen to know if those 2 bolts are accessible from the top if the manifold is off? I figure that would be easier (although possibly longer) thing to do rather than try and fish those long extensions through.

Bell housing bolts are under the firewall.

Just popping in to say that we always take the top bolts off from the top with a ratcheting wrench even with our 3.0 whipple on top.
