Hi all,
Have a new 2018 GT with 500KM on it. I live on quite a hill, and when i back down the driveway and put it in D, there's around a 2 second delay or so engaging drive. I'm used to it in my MY18 i30 but that's a DCT and is normal behaviour. I have two other torque converter cars that don't have a noticeable delay. It can also be harsh in lower gears while upshifting, but i'm told there's an update to smooth it out which i haven't done yet. It also has the "i just added a turbo" whistle in several gears, which i've also heard is common. Is this delay from R to D normal behaviour for the 10R80? Kinda sounds like low fluid to me. It drives fine in any other regard, and is smooth enough when it wants to be.
Thanks
