Changing wheels size

Get a tire combo that is the same as what you have right now....same as far as measuring and making sure the new tires when mounted are the same hight as what you have before. Probably will get less sidewall so your ride will be stiffer

The wheels came with tires already Mounted they were used but only had 1000 mile on them

The 18 inch wheels are 27.3 inches tall and the 19 are 27.7 inches tall that might not be too much of a change

That's the same change I made. Speedo reads about 1 mph low at slower speeds and reaches 2 mph low at 70 mph or so.
