CFTP Rear Spring Identification Question

I needed to get a set of 2020-2022 CFTP Rear springs. After researching I confirmed that the Ford part# are KR3Z5560H (LR), KR3Z5560B (RR)

Someone I know has a set but doesn't know if they are from a Base or CFTP. They have engineering tags on each springwhich have a different part # then the FORD proper.. When I called up local Ford dealer they said this is common but they could not scross refrence the Engineering tag part #. Would anyone be able to confirm if the below parts numbers are CFTP or base?

Not sure how much help it is. The LR part number appears on this page.

I then searched for the VIN and it doesn't look like CFTP to me:

I think those are base springs. The CFTP set I have on the shelf show these #s
KR3V-5B859-BE
KR3V-5560-BE (yes it is 1 number shorter)
