CF steering wheel wiring issue

I removed my CF wheel from my 18 GT when I traded it in so I could put it on my 21 GT. The issue I have is the 21 has a heated steering wheel and there is no plug for it on the CF wheel. Can I use the wheel and just leave the heater wire unplugged or will I get an error code or some other issue.

You can just leave it unplugged. It shouldn't throw an error code.

It will not throw an error code. I've had mine on and heat wire not plugged in for over 8 months.
