As easy as one could expect. You have to pull back the exhaust to get enough seperation between the cats and the connection pipe, but otherwise they just slip over the end of the header and into the connection pipes. (S shaped section)
Any suggestions ? Got the mid pipe off now trying the get the cat off the header

Yeah that can be a bitch. I use a large flat head screwdriver and a big hammer. Tap around the edge of the slip fitting until it works its way off

Maybe in those little grooves of the cat tap in to those ?

Correct. Get that clamp out of the way, and work your way around the flange on the cat. You can also wedge the flathead between the header and cat flange, and bend the tabs a little bit to loosen it up.
