So you're saying the PP1 would beat the PP2 with an equal wheel/tire & E85?Comparing 2 cars on track with pp2 squared 305’s versus pp1 less sticky 255/275’s. Laughable at best.
Put some 305’s on the pp1. Tune the A10 on corn. Bye bye Peepee2.

Yeah but then you're driving an automatic, not even a DCT or ZF lmaoooComparing 2 cars on track with pp2 squared 305’s versus pp1 less sticky 255/275’s. Laughable at best.

The idea was to compare two different factory available versions of the same model, not to compare a modded PP1 vs a stock PP2. Maybe they should have thrown in a manual PP1 to have a three way comparison testing manual PP1 vs manual PP2 but also manual PP1 vs auto PP1.Comparing 2 cars on track with pp2 squared 305’s versus pp1 less sticky 255/275’s. Put a twin turbo kit on the PP2, buh bye PP1. You could also put racing slicks on the PP2. There are almost endless mods available for either car. What was your point?Comparing 2 cars on track with pp2 squared 305’s versus pp1 less sticky 255/275’s. Laughable at best.

Bad comparison.
I would love to see a pp1 with the same tires as the pp2. Let’s take those beefy sticky tires out of the equation.
The entire idea was to test the PP1 and PP2 packages head-to-head on a road course, nothing more.Comparing 2 cars on track with pp2 squared 305’s versus pp1 less sticky 255/275’s. Laughable at best.

Reportedly different calibration for ABS, and the different modes as well along with steering. Its tuned more for track then a DD.Isn't a PP2 basically a PP1 with MRC, bigger wheels and more track oriented tires? In other words, it's the same car with different setups. Minus the faster 10r80. To be fair you do get Ford Racing tuning of the suspension.
PP1 with MRC and aftermarket wheels/tires gives the best of both worlds.
You could do the same in reverse but I Iike to pick my performance wheels and the faster 10r80.
Lol really amazed at how slow some people are itt smh.The entire idea was to test the PP1 and PP2 packages head-to-head on a road course, nothing more.
Jesus.......why does this have to be explained?
Right, hes upset that the PP2 is faster around the track then his PP1. some people just hate the fact that something is "better" and need any excuse to put up there to make them feel betterIt’s odd that some are complaining about tires and what-not... the idea is to test stock car vs stock car. Sure, it’d be interesting to see how much of a difference the tires are making, but that’s not exactly the point of this comparison.
I dont think so. Tires are an artificial improvement. For as long as I've been reading comparos (38+ years) tires have always come up. Legitimately so.Right, hes upset that the PP2 is faster around the track then his PP1. some people just hate the fact that something is "better" and need any excuse to put up there to make them feel better
